Value Homeware guarantees that all products sold are of the highest quality and meet all relevant required current EU legislation standards for the purpose they were intended.
Order Confirmations
Upon submitting an order using our automated shopping basket system, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your order as an e-mail. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes in your order, please email us immediately. During busy periods we cannot guarantee being able to change your order before dispatch. The email you receive is a copy of your order as sent and is neither an invoice nor a formal acceptance of your order.
By placing an order with Value Homeware you are confirming that you agree to these terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. For financial security payment may be debited before the contract is formed. If your order is cancelled by either party or ultimately rejected, a full refund will be made immediately using our secure online payment processing system. For the purposes of this agreement the dispatch of your order from our warehouses constitutes our acceptance of your order.
Complaints
Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with the law in England, Scotland & Wales. To register a complaint, please send an email in the first instance to: sales@value-homeware.com outlining details of your grievance and we will answer it in line with our Complaints Handling Procedure.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Any emails sent to customers of this shop will contain a link to remove yourself from any list we hold and may send out with special offers and Information we feel will be of benefit to you. We will not pass your personal details to any third party, except for those required partners required for the express purpose of fulfilling your order. This will include our delivery partners and for certain orders this may include the specific supplier for the goods you have ordered. Our data agreements with our partners require the deletion of this data after the order is fulfilled and allow no use of this data outside of directly dealing with the specific order fulfilment. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and email address.
For the express and sole purpose of completing returns, resolving complaints and warranty processing we may need to share basic personal data with our suppliers and courier partners. You may ask us not to share your data, but this may delay and/or effect the resolution we are able to offer.
We will never collect sensitive information without explicit consent and Information we retain can be checked by emailing us. If there are any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law and credit card information is deleted within 28 days of an order being completed. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser, (if you use remember me option on the checkout page). You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
Prices and Payment
The prices charged for goods shall be those ruling on the date of order. Whilst every effort is made to keep the prices and products on the website up to date some late changes could arise. If a price changes or a product becomes unavailable you will be notified and given the option to delay your order, an alternative option or a full refund if required. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
We accept most major credit cards and Paypal. Prices and charges are in (£) Sterling on all transactions.
Shipping and Delivery
Value Homeware have negotiated low rate UK postage costs to ensure our customers receive the best possible shipping services. We receive daily collections Monday to Friday from our dispatch warehousing to ensure prompt dispatch of orders, We can’t guarantee UK delivery on a certain day with or without request however we do aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days.. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. No refund for delivery services will be made if at the date of dispatch our courier partner has suspended service guarantees.
Value Homeware prioritises safe, careful and on time delivery for our customers and monitor our courier service levels constantly.
Newsletter Sign Up
By signing up to receive communications from us, you must agree first to our limited use of your data, details of use can be found in our privacy policy. When you sign up to our mailing list we may email you with an exclusive voucher code. This money-off voucher may exclude certain products, brands or ranges.
Voucher Code Offers
Any marketing email voucher codes sent out to our customer database are subject to fair use and only one use per customer unless stated otherwise in the email promotion. You cannot use voucher codes to buy our Value Homeware gift vouchers unless it is stated in the offer. If we have a 10% off promotion on EVERYTHING this still will exclude using the promotion to purchase a gift voucher.
Please Note: We do not allow the use of multiple coupon codes ("voucher stacking"). When placing an order online our website will only allow you to use one voucher code per order. In the case of system error that allows multiple vouchers or the inappropriate use of vouchers, at our discretion such orders may be cancelled and any payments made refunded.

Force Majeure
Value Homeware is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill any order due to events beyond our control. While every effort will be made to meet shoppers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought, Significantly Adverse Weather, or other causes beyond the control of Value Homeware
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
